We are travelling to Koh Samui in Dec for 8 nights and would like some restaurants recommended. Cheap preferably or expensive if worth it. Like authentic Thai. We are staying at the Kandaburi Resort (North Chaweng Beach).
Best Restaurants Chaweng Beach?
Everything is cheap when you talking baht to pounds. To give you an idea a thai dinner with a meat or seafood dish, vegetables, beer and steamed rice for two will cost around 500bht in AUD you looking at $17 and this is in Chaweng where you are paying tourist prices and in a good restaurant.
If you are into Israeli/Middle Eastern food Sabra was delicious and so cheap. Next door was also an Italian restaurant that had excellent pasta and pizza. This is situated off the main beach road near the Chabad House Past Mc Dondalds and heading towards Chaweng Regent. Another good one in the same area is Il Duomo which had excellent Italian food in a lane also off the main road. Chilli%26#39;s was our favourite for Thai and it was also in a similar area. Did not have a bad meal my entire time.
