Do hotels run activities October to March?

I%26#39;m going to the Diamond Cliff on 1st January, and I see on their website that they have a great schedule of activities such as Thai cooking, fruit carving, and batik. However it seems this schedule is only for April to September.

Does anyone have any experience of whether hotels run activities like this outside of that season? I really hope so as they look fantastic.

we did the fruit carving course and the thai cooking class at the kata palm resort in kata in the last week of oct 06 and really enjoyed it ,,,,these activities were carried out in the resort in what is classed as the low season .......cheers
