Does anyone know if economy class passengers can pay to use the executive lounges at Bangkok airport?Thanks.

Some airlines allow passengers with gold cards to use the VIP lounges even when they are flying in the cheap seats. Thai Air and China Airlines are two of them.
Check with your airline to see if you can pay for the lounge, don%26#39;t be surprised for some airlines the price may almost be as much as paying for an upgrade!

If you have a Diners Club card then there are lounges that you can access or if you have the priority pass card
try louis tavern, they charge you a smal amount, but provide you a business clas treatment for economy class bills.
don%26#39;t need a business class ticket for entrance.
Bangkok Air has their own waiting lounge at departure gates with internet and snacks for all their passengers . if flying domestic try them.
