Half Moon Party In November when? Where?

im heading out to Thailand in November and have realised that we%26#39;re not going to be in Thailand when the Full Moon Party is on.

I think the Half Moon party is around the 20th of November in Ko Phangan ? Can anyone confirm the date and exact location?

My friends and I are heading to the half moon party in Ko Pagnan on 13th December, we are also unsure to the exact location. Assuming you made the party could you help me out?
