ive seen groups/ pairs of single girls holidaying in patong, in the nightlife area, slackus, and ive also noticed that they mostly remain alone ,as the guys there are more interested in the bar-girls! so if your not interested in the local gals, you should find plenty of non thai ladies sitting around

Mate...I can say without a doubt you will not have any problem meeting Western or European girls in Phuket on those dates.The place is full of party people.Black,white and brindle.
