My husband and I are going to Thailand for our first anniversary/honeymoon in March. I am thinking we will fly into Bangkok and stay for a few days. Any raves on the Davis or the Arun Residence?
I am having a difficult time deciding between Krabi or Koh Samui after that. We would like to stay in a bungalow type hotel with opportunities to go explore, get a massage, learn to cook, snorkel etc. Not so quite but not too busy either (we don%26#39;t mind having to walk or drive to get anywhere). We are trying to stay on a minimal budget (+- $75) a night.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Michelle
Krabi or Koh Samui
Your budget won%26#39;t be a problem and if you%26#39;e looking for something a little more peaceful I would day Ao Nang, Krabi. Koh Samui seems to lost it%26#39;s general appeal and become more like Waikiki at Spring break!
Have a browse through the hotels in Ao Nang and see if you like anything......we%26#39;ll help you from there. Also, have a look at Railay and Koh Lanta which are more laid back.
Once here, you can book all the activities very easliy.
