Honeymoon to Koh Samui

I Apologise in advance if this is an over asked question but my inability to make big decisions has led me here to seek the advice of the enlightened.

Planning on honeymooning in Samui and wondered if anyone can suggest a hotel that is a bit special. We have a budget of about 拢2500. I have trawled the web and so many of the resorts look nice so I am in search of some inside information. Perhaps away from the main stretch of cheweng beach but not completely out of the way...

Any help would be very much appreciated

just want to let you know that Thomsons are doing really good deals to thailand at the moment, We have just booked to go to Khao Lak in januay 4* best Western Palm galleria for 拢1500, all in and its bed and breakfast. Its our Honeymoon too. good luck.

We returned in September from our 2nd visit to Samui, we went there for our Honeymoon two years ago and returned for our Anniversary this year, we stayed at the Central Samui Beach Hotel both times as it is such a wonderful Hotel and in a great location as your not in the heart of it but at one end, take a look on Trip Advisor at the reviews on the Hotel they are all very good, the other Hotel which is a bit more Boutique is Poppies which is quite close to the Central Samui Beach Hotel, they are both in Cheweng.

Are you going to go to Bangkok first or after for a few days I%26#39;d highly recommend this as we always go before for 3 or 4 nights, it%26#39;s a great place for sights and shopping much cheaper than Samui for your shopping, if you are considering Bangkok I can highly recommend the Marriott Resort %26amp; Spa Hotel on the river we stayed here for four nights in September before we went to Samui it%26#39;s an Oasis in a hectic city, we%26#39;ve stayed in many Hotel in Bangkok and this is our favorite.
