Chao Pharya River Cruise and Canal Tour

Hi guys/gals and bangkokdas,

Need your suggestion?

Should I do the morning CPR cruise or?

The night river cruise (with thai dinner only)

If night river cruise, where should I book if I am staying at budget guest house?

Oriental Hotel has a tour but thought it was bit over the top.

Any budget tours with good crowd and good thai food with do me.

Thanks guys.

Hi

For the dinner cruise of Chaopraya princess and Loynava, I have a special discount because I have a contract rate for a travel agency.

Loynava (Traditional Rice Barge Cruise) is a bit more expensive than Chaopraya princess, the net price is 1180 Baht/person (including transfer if you are in the central area).

Chaopraya Princess cruise is a modern cruise, the net price including hotel pick up from the central area is 1000 Baht/person.

You can e-mail me and tell me when you would like to do and I will book for you. No payment in advance.

Cheers

Celine

hi Maya - check out Sawadee.com and see their prices for dinner cruises- we stayed at Bangkok Marriott Spa %26amp; Resort and they have a lovely dinner cruise which isn%26#39;t badly priced

hi Maya (again) LoyNava is showing 880bht pp for the dinner cruise on Sawadee.com and they are very reputable to deal with

Hi

I have just called them to check out the price and what they told me is that Sawasdee.com has a wrong information. They have received many calls from the customers to ask for that price but they could not give to them. If you call them, they will tell you 1,600 Baht/person. If you book through their web site, it will cost around 1295 Baht/person.

Check out their web site at www.loynava.com to check the price.

well, I find that amazing- they have been advertising that same price for months- you would think they would change it if it is wrong

Hi, Celine,

What%26#39;s the price like on New Year%26#39;s Eve? I saw that it%26#39;s more than B5,000 on Oriental Escape website, it%26#39;s too expensive. Do you have any other suggestion how we can celebrate new year %26amp; watch the fire works at the same time? I%26#39;m not keen to go to Central World for party as I%26#39;m not into dancing or loud music.

Thanks

Hi Maz

I know that%26#39;s weird. The staff at Loynava even told me too that they have tried to tell Sawasdee so many times to change it but they have not done it.

Well, do not get me wrong that I%26#39;m trying to sell a fake ticket or try to do a hard sale to you guys here. I just want to save you guys some moneys for anyone who are interested to do a cruise because I have a contract rate. If anyone finds the cheaper ticket than what I have, there is no problem for me : )

For the New Year%26#39;eve dinner cruise, I have called the Chapraya Princess Cruise and they have told me that there are 3 cruises operating on that day;

19.45-21.45 = 2000 Baht/person(including soft drink)

20.00-12.30 am = 3,500 Baht/person (open bar)

23.00-01.00 am = 2,500 Baht/person (open bar)

This is a selling price so you will have an idea of what do they charge. Different cruise charge differently.

For new year eve, it is hard to book for you because it has to pay in advance. You may find other agents that you can book it on-line.

I hope this help
