Have booked in for 8 nights at the end of April with our 2 and 4 year old but there isnt much on the web site re; horizons kids club, does anybody know if it is much good and the babysitting service?
We are then off for 10 nights at the Katathani in a junior suite.
If anybody has any info on the above properties re: kids clubs it would be much appreciated.
THANKS!!!
Is the horizon patong for kids or not?
They have a kids room with toys, tv+dvd player and movies other people have brought and left there. Also swings and playground equipement. I dont know about a babysitter so I suggest emailing them on horizon@horizonbeach.com
I am sure you and your family will not be disappointed. There is also a kids pool and plenty of pool toys left around.
Is the horizon patong for kids or not?
We stayed in the Horizon in 2003, we had a large group of children aged from 10 to 13.... they had a blast, during our stay they were asked to pose for photos in the Kids Play area for the website, haven%26#39;t actually checked if they are still on it.... they of course were a bit grown up for that, but it did look great. The hotel is certainly child friendly, with a great kiddies pool..... You will have a great time, without a doubt. My only gripe with the Horizon were the rooms outside the first pool from the Reception, they did not have anywhere to sit outside the room, as it was just an outside corridor..... try and get rooms facing the other pool.
Have fun, we aren%26#39;t going until September :(
Thanks for that info but when you say they have kids clubs do they actually have planned activities for the kids or is it just a room they can go into when feel like it?
I hope i havent booked the wrong resort????????
Sorry, not sure of that, our kids didn%26#39;t use it, we just saw that it was well equiped, mind you this was pre-tsunami.
I am sure they will be fine, if you are unsure, email the resort and ask them.
:)
