Hi again Ian,
We will be sailling around the Koh Chang area next week (hopefully weather is good?)
We will be taking some provisions on board for snacks etc and hope to eat at each island stop we make in the evening. Can you advise if this is possible and if not where we can stock up with provisions before we go or as we go along?

Saling - ProvisionsThe weather is still good - a few showers in the past couple fo days but still mainly sunshine, and no haze now so visibility is fine - you can see where you%26#39;re heading.
Not all islands have resorts or villages on them, quite a few are uninhabited. But on the whole you%26#39;ll have no problem mooring up and heading to the shore for a meal. You%26#39;ll also be able to buy drinks, snacks at a lot of the resorts to take back to the boat - dont expect a big selection though.
Koh Wai seems to be a popular first stop as it isnt far from Salkphet, you can snorkel off the beach and there%26#39;s a couple of small beach resorts with restaurants on the sand.
Koh Kham and Koh Mak are both easy to moor at, also Koh Rayang to the southwest of Koh Mak has one small resort.
Koh Rang is a large island but the only life are a couple of National Park stations - but they have showers and toilets and the guys there would probably welcome a bit of company.
If you go around Koh Kood you%26#39;ll find afewe fishing villages with small restaurants, shops etc along with a dozen or more resorts dotted along the coastline. You%26#39;ll probably want to spend a bit of time down here as the water is very clear and de velopment is still very small scale.
You can stock up in small shops in Salakphet or at the Island View pier - they have snacks, water, ice, beer etc - all the essentials.
