Im flying to Bangkok in the next few weeks ,im going via Doha airport ,ive read some reviews and believe Doha%26#39;s not the best ,Is there any gold counters there?, And if anybody has bought Jewelry from Bangkok. Any advise would be realy helpfull.Many thanks

If you want to buy gold then IMO Bangkok will give you better choice.
I have bought Jewelry in Bangkok and been happy with it as it was what I wanted.
Have walked round Doha many times and never seen anything I liked.

Checkout this forum and you will find many positive and negative recommendations.
There is no such thing as government jewellery stores in Thailand.
