New Airport - do airlines have designated arrival door exit?

In the old Don Muang airport, different airlines used different terminals so it was ';easier'; to meet arriving passengers as long as you knew which airline they were coming in on. I don%26#39;t know if this is the case with the new airport so if you%26#39;ve been to the airport, I%26#39;d love to get your advise and input.

I%26#39;m coming in on Northwest Airlines via Narita at around midnight and am meeting someone in Bangkok right outside where I would arrive. I%26#39;d like to be able to tell them to meet me outside door xyz.....

I understand that international arrivals exit via Doors B or C. Do different airlines come out through different designated doors or is there no rhyme or reason to this?

Thanks for any experience you can share on this.

Hi

I do not know which gate for the NW airline. But your friend can know with no problem. You just tell him/her of your flight no. and then he/she will know because there is a big screen showing the gate and the B %26amp; C gate is not too far away from each other.

Good luck

If you take a look at the airport layout you will find there are several ';meeting points';
